gdbaji Terms and Conditions

General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between gdbaji ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the gdbaji website and all related services, you fully agree to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. gdbaji reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. Each version completely replaces the previous one. Our Privacy Policy is considered an inseparable part of these Terms.

Account Registration

To participate on the gdbaji platform you must create a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address and identification details provided at registration must be valid and truthful.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

2.2 Identity Verification

gdbaji reserves the right to conduct an identity verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time. Before withdrawals or for large transactions, you may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport or other verifiable documents. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

Age and Eligibility

By registering you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally eligible to participate in online gaming. If gdbaji establishes that an account holder is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

In addition, the following persons may not use gdbaji services:

• Residents of any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• Persons previously banned by gdbaji.
• Persons enrolled in a self-exclusion program.
• gdbaji employees and their immediate family members.

Deposits and Withdrawals

gdbaji processes secure financial transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable to all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes. Delays may occur due to technical issues.
• You must use only payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits through third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• The withdrawal method must be consistent with the original deposit method.

Bonuses and Promotions

gdbaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳2,000 → total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: deposit ৳10,000 → bonus ৳8,000 → total balance ৳18,000.
• To withdraw the bonus, the wagering requirement must be met: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies once per member, per household, per device or per IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected through the use of promotional offers, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• gdbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

Gaming Rules

All games operated on the gdbaji platform are conducted on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined by a technically auditable Random Number Generator (RNG) and are impartial.

6.1 Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, gdbaji may refund the bets for that round.
• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
• If an incorrect amount is wagered and the game has already started, a refund is not possible.

6.2 Sports Betting

• For sports betting on cricket, football or kabaddi, if a match is cancelled the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bets will be settled after the official result is published.
• If the internet connection is lost during live betting, the game position will be settled based on the data available at that moment.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gdbaji platform and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using software, bots, scripts or automation tools.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Deliberately exploiting any system vulnerability or bug.
• Registering an account with false information or concealing identity.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party funds.
• Attempting to harm the platform through hacking, phishing or cyber attacks.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.

Account Suspension and Closure

gdbaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or incorrect information.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If irregular or suspicious transaction patterns are observed.
• If there is suspicion that the account holder is a minor.

8.1 Account Closure at User Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time by notifying our support team. All legitimately withdrawable funds will be paid out before the account is closed. Bonus balances will be cancelled.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may request to exclude yourself from the platform for a specific period or permanently. For more information, please visit our responsible gaming page.

Limitation of Liability

gdbaji makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Interruptions to games caused by loss of internet connection.
• Technical issues with third parties (payment gateways, game providers, etc.).
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government orders).
• Losses arising from problems with your device or software.

Gaming is a recreational activity and carries financial risk. gdbaji bears no liability for compensation for losses of deposited funds.
